Accommodations are excellent & the Duffy boat scenic cruising throughout Balboa was a high point. You can park the Duffy in public areas & many shopping districts have free boat parking as well. "This property is roomy and comfortable. The roof deck is a wonderful space.It's not handicapped accessible; It's 42 stairs from the street to the front door and then two flights up to the roof. The parking is ok for short vehicles, but a Suberban would not fit."

"Perfect location when staying in Orange. This is the second time we have stayed at Daves’s place in Orange. It is a short walk to downtown Orange in a quiet residential neighborhood. We absolutely love the location. It has everything you need. It is also very clean. Dave lives next door and is quick to respond if needed. Will definitely stay again. Couldn’t ask for more."
