The two challenges were the lack of coffee, and the fact that it's really only a 3 bedroom (the "4th" bedroom is large hallway with a privacy screen that everyone else walks through.) "My husband and I stayed here for three weeks in Jan/Feb. The place is very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen is nicely stocked with dishes, pans, etc. so we could make dinner at home. The view from the balcony and upstairs guest room is wonderful - we could watch the sunset over Catalina Island. The neighborhood is quiet and about a 15 min walk to Main beach.
