"The space and location were perfect for our needs. The child safety alarm for the pool did not function well. The button in the door frame to open the door from outside did not stop the alarm from going off. Maybe a faulty connection. The cleaning crew should vacuum the air return vents.the group consensus is that we would stay here again. "

"Very nice in a historical original home. Restored nicely. The grotto room was lovely but the kitchen and bath could use a little update. Other then that it is an old Home so I don’t expect it to be super modern. Very cool old vibe. Nice and clean and comfy bed. "

"This house is as described. The location is beautiful. The house is dated but it didn’t bother us as we expected it from past reviews. Kitchen could use some additional provisions. This was not an issue for us in October but the house does not have A/C. We would stay again but would shop knowing what to expect "

"A lovely property. There was construction next door that was loud but we still enjoyed the view. I do think the rugs all need a deep cleaning inside the house. Over all though, I recommend this place for a family gathering. "

"Stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. Lots of sleeping space and several decks. The rooftop deck is awesome! You can see the ocean and hear the waves while enjoying a beverage. Super quick walk to the beach path and walking distance to the pier. Overall a great spot!!"

"Had a wonderful weekend in Laguna Beach. The property is well maintained, backyard is beautiful and the host was very responsive. The location is very central and we loved the nearby coffee shop! The only downside is that the street in front where the master bedroom is was noisy at night. If you are sensitive to noise, bring your earplugs!"

"Very nice house! The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Everything was as listed and the house “book” was full of helpful info. We did not spend a lot of time actually at the house, enough to rest our heads and chase around Disney for 5 days. Also super impressed with all that was available to make it like home. "
