"We had a great time staying in Carlsbad for spring break; the condo is a lot bigger than it seems from photos. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out. We were able to walk into town for dinner each night and the drive into San Diego proper is very quick. It was a little chilly to get in the water but we still spent some quality time at the beach just outside the condo. "

"The property is right on the strand. There is a small road between you and the beach. There are two parking spaces in a garage below the building. The garage is gated. There are really two master suites. One is towards the back. It has a king bed and en suite bathroom. There is a small fridge and microwave. There's access to a private patio (non-ocean facing). The other master has 2Q and has a sitting area. Sliding doors open to the ocean. It has a large bathroom with tub and a shower....

"All in all a great home. Everything as advertised. Beds and sofa were comfortable. Everything was clean. We'll stay here again. Words of advice, however, there is no wifi on the balcony. We suggested to management that they fix that since we spent a lot of time out there. And, our Verizon and AT&T phones had no signal on the balcony, so be forewarned. Also, the instructions for the wifi in their advance email don't work - pay attention to the directions on the TV in the living room. Lastly, and...

"Lots of room for the family to gather for fun or find a quiet spot away. This place had everything we needed and a really short walk for coffee, sushi, beaches, etc. The garage took patience parking the minivan, but we handled it and usually had neighbors cheering us on. We would love to come back."

"Joan’s place is great! super close to the airport, and easy to uber/drive/metro anywhere else. Also a lot of great restaurants in walking distance. Plenty of space, towels, linens and comfy beds. Great communication for any questions and easy check in. Would recommend 10/10!"

"We absolutely loved this property. Location comfort and communication. I can't say enough how great it was. We had everything we needed to go sit on the beach and just enjoy ourselves. Chairs towels umbrella. There's a Starbucks basically across the street, a convenience store and a souvenir shop and pleasant other restaurants and shops all right around the corner.
