"Had booked a bigger room than what we got given. So we went back to reception and asked for what I had booked on Hotels.com . After arguing with reception staff for a while we were then upgraded to a master room. Which was a nice big room. "Prado Hotel Shanghai 3-10 Feb 2019 Reception was ok and quick. As it was Chinese New Year, things seemed rather quiet. The room was somewhat funky as is the general hotel design. The room met expectations and was relatively quiet, though the rubbish truck that came at about 6.00 am was a bit noisy.
