The overall stay was good but the room is quite old and would benefit from a refreshment. The gym is very spacious and with lots of equipment which is comfortable. The staff was also very nice!

Excellent location right next to Jingan station and a convenience store. Rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Rates are very reasonable. It was a good stay that we immediately rebooked.

The property is amazing to stay at,, all the staff was so help full to me ... The bad experiance what I had is ,,i took a taxi from the Narita international Airport, to the hotel an,he over charge me ,, he ask for almost 400 Chinees money,, The staff from the hotel i told them whats happen,,they said thats too much,,,the taxi price is 200 or alittle more ,, I was very sad to hear that...but I couldnt do anything about that,, the guy did'nt gave me a payment bond... Greetings Cherry...

Old shanghai Hilton now is the kunlun. It’s old but well kept up. Some furniture and infrastructure is old but the location is fantastic and the price is right
