This is a wonderful hotel tucked in a business area, so it was very quiet during the holidays. It is a true 5 star hotel. The only drawback is that it is about 10-20 minutes to a subway station, and there is not a lot close by. There are nice malls within a 15 minute walk.

Surprisedly a nice clean classic hotel considering it’s built early 90s! Noticed the most to me was that the carpet in the room was clean which isn’t the case in many hotels in the country. CNN and CNBC are amount of 60 channels.

Not what I would expect from a RadissonCollection hotel, credit cards (despite having no problem on credit limit) declined, staff unaware and apologetic about inability to use Applepay for small issues. Staff Unaware of Unionpay/Apple link. Overnight ok but carrying your complimentary toiletries in the elevator to the room in a £90+ per night hotel in Shanghai????
