"Really wonderful staff, excellent food and great value for money. The beach was clean and not crowded though we did go in low season. Take the ferry to Isla Mujeres using the Ultra Carga ferry. The only thing I didn’t like was the overly aggressive timeshare marketing. We made the mistake of sitting in on their pitch which went on for three hours!!!!! I had to tell them we were done with them before they would let us leave. It really spoiled our first day at the resort. "

"The weather wasn’t great the entire week, so we didn’t get the true experience of a tropical vacation- no fault of the resort. The beach was gorgeous with a close by bar and plenty of seating. The pool was nice, but beach chairs were snapped up early and the staff didn’t really help out with this. Drinks and food were readily available. "This property is a bit pricey compared to other all-inclusives, so we had expected much more. To sum up, food was generally good, but not fabulous all around. We probably had 1 great sandwich and that was it. Drinks were better than the food. Service was very good mostly with the exception of the supervisor during our check-in. He was not patient at all in hearing our concern about the amount due. However, the actual reception rep helping us was very patient and very helpful. The spa steam/sauna...
