"You can’t go wrong… My teenage daughter and I went from Christmas’s Day to New Year’s Day. The resort was impeccable. Although we were there 7 nights, we only spent two days at the resort’s pools and beach. The other days, we went to Isla Mejeres (sp?) on the ferry that’s next to the hotel, Xel Ha (amazing!) , Horseback/ATV/Zipline/Cenote, downtown Cancun, and snorkeling. "The service was exceptional. The staff are so polite, kind and thoughtful and treat you as if you are the most important person. The restaurants and the food are amazing. The plants, flowers, palm trees are beautiful. The pools and the ocean side are wonderful. You will feel you are in paradise.
