"This is my first time staying in this area and I enjoyed it. There was many things in the area that I did not have to go far for. I actually walked to Plaza de Americas. It was a 25 minute walk that I enjoyed. The property itself was fine, an average apartment building. The only thing I would change is that my room was on the third floor and I recently had an issue with my leg I wish I would’ve known it was a walk up building because I would’ve asked for at least a second floor or so, the room...

"I love Cancun Plaza and loved the condo we stayed in. The only thing between the ocean and our balcony wa the beach. The pool is great and there are several places to eat that are walkable. The Bus stops right in front and wi take you everywhere for 12 pesos. I would stay here again."

"Right on the beach with access to a pool. Part of the Hotel Zone but quiet and not busy. Easy access to a supermarket and transportation (bus). Great A/C and nice to have two bathrooms with showers. Always felt safe."

"This was exactly what we wanted. We were on a family vacation and wanted a condo with a kitchen where we could roam as we’d wanted with a kitchen for any time use. Lilia, our hostess were fantastic and very friendly and helpful! The beach in front is clean and quiet. The pool was a great treat for the kids. After a day in the sun the air conditioned condo was a blessing. "

"The location is the best! You get the best beachfront and you get the best of the tourist town. Friendly and helpful staff. I would not get the all inclusive next time, since there are so many food and drink options near-by. But the service was fine, and the included options are fine. Having only one beer choice was possibly the worst aspect of the all inclusive. The rest.. not spectacular, but acceptable and practical. The common areas feel small for the amount of people they receive, but again... not a deal-breaker. I had a pleasant stay. I got a free balinese bed for booking with Expedia and some delicious macaroons. That was a nice surprise. "

"This resort had everything we were looking for. The beach was clean and beautiful. The food was above board, even the buffet was exceptional. Pool was well maintained with a lot of seating. One draw back was that if you didn’t get to the pool first thing in the morning the prime poolside spots were gone. That was understandable but many seats were “marked” yet nobody used them for 1/2 the day. There should be a 2 hour window that if the seat remains vacant it’s offered to other guests. "
