"We were welcomed by Mafer. I believe she said it was a mix of Maria and Fernanda. She was amazing. Welcoming and full of smiles. From there every single staff member was respectful, helpful, ready to serve. Will definitely come back. "

"This is a newer property that has excellent restaurants, pools, and staff. The rooms are very roomy and clean. All staff treat you very special and honestly enhanced our experience in Cancun. "

"Excellent stay - we loved it, hotel was clean and welcoming, with an excellent variety of dinner options. There was plenty of choices for midday snacks around the pool area as well. The beach is outstanding and staff is very eager to help. They should improve on a couple points though. What we didn't like is that breakfast is very limited overall, and very limited for people not eating pork.The hotel advertises beach volleyball and snorkeling equipment for use. Beach volleyball was advertised on daily activities as well, but was never set up during our stay, so I highly doubt they have it at all as whenever I asked about it, I was told it was taking place in the pool. Snorkeling gear was only available if you would book a snorkeling trip. That was not advertised as that too. Also, if there are pool tables, they should be level, and there should be chalk for cues."
