"Made a mistake booking this place. Place was not ready until 10pm when checkin was supposed to be 4pm. Even after late checkin, the place was still horrible, dirty (floors and bedsheets) and stinky (wreaks of cigarette or drug odor). Host had leftover junk cars in driveway and yard - barely room to park vehicle. Had animals (peacocks) making outside noises all night. The host was not responsive or accomodating at all. Almost as if this is their first time renting it out or dont give a damn about...

"This home is a hidden gem. Located so close to the Marlins baseball park, the airport, and cruise ports. Our stay consisted of high school teens who were celebrating their graduation. They loved the space of this home. Wish we could’ve stayed longer."

"I come to Miami a lot, I usually stay at luxury apartments in brickell. This place was way better. Big house with everything you need, fully stocked kitchen, very high quality TV to watch movies. The pool is great. Nice neighborhood not to far from everything and free parking. The hosts are responsive and helpful I highly recommend staying here"

"Beautiful property. Decor was elegant and the kitchen was gorgeous. Backyard was exceptional. Plenty of pillows, blankets, towels etc…. For our party of 14. We had an awesome graduation hibachi night, family BBQ and Mothers Day Brunch all in one weekend at one beautiful place. Thank you Ryan and Jess for your great communication!"
