"The free shuttle from the airport to the hotel was amazing!! Loved the dining option in the evening! The shuttle to the port was a mix up though. We paid for the gratuities the night before but on the day of the shuttle we had another driver who demanded we pay the gratuities again. He was very rude and stopped to pick up another passenger before taking us to the Carnival Magic Port. "

"The staff were excellent. Our flight wasn't until the evening and checkout was at 11, but the staff storeed our luggage so we could go out and enjoy our day and then set us up with airport shuttle when we returned. They were friendly and helpful. The Honderan restaurant directly across the street was a great dinner without needing an Uber or a long walk. "

"Check in was a breeze, they even asked if we needed transportation to the port for our cruise. Check out was amazing will stay here in the future."
