Very clean, loved how they cleaned our room everyday. The pool was amazing. Food service on the pool area was fantastic. Hotel area is also great. It’s like 2 buildings away from the aston martin residences. If you care about the room view definitely ask for a higher up floor.

The rooms and beds at the hotel are really well appointed. Probably our only disappointment was the decision to have a relaxing day by the pool on our last day was hampered by the unbearably loud music that boomed across the space all afternoon.

Beautiful property in downtown right on the water. Easy to get places, uber in miami is hit or miss 1 of 3 rides were without hiccups. Service could have been better, like attentiveness to your guest, for how pricey the hotel was i was expecting a lot more personable service.

First off the ac unit was broke in my room. An engineer came out and couldn’t repair it, so a switch of room occurred. I was transferred to the 30th floor with accessibly for handicaps. They took my tub and nice layout away to give me this room. What a way to end my anniversary night. I doubt I would stay again. I can stay else for better options and service.
