We really enjoyed our stay there. Its close to metro mover, which takes you to bayside market place. Its very convient and in a good location. We will stay there again for our next cruise.

Stayed here before , super nice! I was expecting the 16th floor suite as I paid for it but they had already booked it up. Rooms are very spacious. The view from the 16th floor over looking the river is amazing. Next time I book here I will make sure I request the 16th Riverview

Property is really out dated and dirty. The rooms are very very very unhygienic.I stayed in a suite and the sofa had tons of stains on it. The bathroom tub had mildew as well.

The girl at front desk refused to speak in Spanish. Im bilingual so I let it go but every time I asked her a question in Spanish, she’ll reply in English (a very broken one). There is no milk in the building at all. I had my baby with me and I had to go out and buy milk. There was nothing around to purchase from.

Hotel was convenient to a lot of places within walkable distance for food. I was there for one night before leaving for a cruise. It was also close to the cruise terminal. Clean and quiet; would highly recommend.
