This property value was not worth the cost. The call center indicated that early check-in was available if a room was available. The front desk, on the other hand, said that early check-in was only available for $50. About 7 clients --not all one party--was invited to wander the facilty until the 3 pm check-in. At check-in, there was not enough staff available. Room service food was dry and tasteless. Some requested items were not available.

The common areas were cold! The room smelled like chlorine and was musty when walked in. Getting to the room was a trek from parking garage. Elevators seemed dirty.

It was a very nice stay after our cruise. Really comfortable and clean...they allowed us to hang around until our room was ready- which was very appreciated. The food in the restaurant was very good as well...we'll be back there again
