after a long walk down the hallway very last room on the hall key does not work. Front desk attendant offer no apology says I now have to be in a queen room and tosses the back the key to me. The elevator is filthy. The room smell smells like smoke.

Great location and the staff is amazing only gripe is property needs more up keep have stayed here 3 time in the las 2 months and the elevators have always been and issue. have 3 elevators but only one seemed to work and for the amount of people visiting this hotel one is not enough.
