"I loved the property. The only issue I had was that I paid for an ocean view room, but I didn’t get one. Additionally, everyone there speaks Spanish, so it was difficult to communicate unless talking to someone at the front desk. The staff were friendly though. There are plenty of things nearby like food, groceries, and the mall."

"This 1BR apartment was very nice and clean. The furnishings are probably 10 years old but you can tell they are high quality with alot of elegant touches. The owners would make the experience better if they provided more towels. The washer without the dryer doesn’t make sense especially if you’re needing a longer rental. We were there 4 days and 3 nights so it made little difference to us. The coffee machine was nice but they only provided 1 pod. "

"Nice hotel room with mini-fridge. Fantastic location, easy parking. Check-in process seemed to have too many steps and was a little redundant (asking for the same information multiple times, contact 30 minutes prior to arrival). If you complete all the online steps upload ID, provide credit card it’s much easier but I’m not sure everyone wants to do that. All in all great stay."

"This place is exactly where you want to be in coconut grove, walking distance to amazing food and bars. The place feels safe and clean, even though it’s a condo it has an upscale hotel feeling. Fresh towels, waters, sanitized remotes, etc made it feel all the more welcoming. Hotel staff at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Great view of the water. Perfect for a couple on a long weekend."

"Getting around was a bit far to get to grocery stores etc but overall the property was really cute and owner was very attentive and they responded very quickly when needed."

"So happy we chose to book with Natalia and Silvia. They were great hosts, checking in throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. They even left us a complimentary bottle of wine, which was such a sweet touch. The view of the bay was absolutely stunning and the room is right in the heart of Coconut Grove. Super safe area, close to Miami, Calle Ocho and other sights we wanted to see. Literally walking distance to tons of delicious restaurants and right next door to a hookah bar....
