"I think the property needs some up keep. Example in my bathroom there’s paint literally peeling from the ceiling. There’s some paint also peeling from some panels in the bedroom area. Otherwise the front desk has been wonderful and accommodating."

"We visit chicago often and we always stay at red roof inn. We have tried other hotels but this one meets our needs more. We will continue to visit."

"Hotel needs an update. Room was a little worn, but not terrible. Pillows while plentiful were 1/2 size of regular pillows & that was very uncomfortable. Had a reservation date mix up - they were awesome in changing without charging, but it was $25 more from a Friday to Saturday. for the same room."
