The walk to a nice beach was about 10 minutes - sidewalk the whole way. There is a beach cart available for use, as well as two beach chairs. The beach was not crowded during our February stay. The communication with the property manager/owner was easy. He was prompt. Courteous and helpful. I would call it slightly pricey but well worth it."
