The room was spacious and had a nice clean look but as you started going more into it, we found hair all over the bathroom (haven’t showered yet so it wasn’t ours), things just seemed old and rusty, and not to mention, the hold on my card was more than the room itself and we checked out and the hold didn’t fall off. Just not a good experience here.

Incredible location for beach and pier access! The room is spacious, comfortable, and well stocked as a studio. We appreciated the option to rent chairs and beach umbrellas. The office staff are not always available on property and coordinating needs with them was a little challenging, but all worked out and they were very kind. We will stay again when visiting family in the area.

This place is a hotel in name only. The "office" is a storeroom filled with linens, and the "desk clerk" was one young lady seated at a table with a laptop. Office hours are spotty, and a piece of paper on the door advises that if the clerk is not in the office, she is at a sister property and will "return shortly". The hotel has no icemaker, no vending machines and no other amenity of any kind. We were also charged $10 to park our car, which was not very clear from the hotel description. Also, while the room was fairly clean, a number of items (broken window crank in restroom, no restroom exhaust fan, loose kitchen sink faucet) indicate that maintenance is wanting. Finally, we were gathered in the room of friends who booked this place at our suggestion and were treated to the appearance of a large cockroach. Ironically, there is a Wyndham-flagged hotel right next door with a restaurant, bar and, I expect, the other common amenities one expects to find at a hotel, and I certainly would have booked there had I known. As it is, I feel that we were greatly overcharged for what we got. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Overall positive experience with great location close to the beach, close distance to gas station, shopping etc. This property is about efficiency not about fancy stuff. - good bed size but uncomfortable pillows. - bath towels were poor quality. - weak water pressure in the bathroom sink. - other guests can be scetchy and even though it’s nonsmoking property they violate the rule (in our case they smoked weed and the smell was quite unpleasant). Nice little hotel and it does the job for few days/nights.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights and the hotel fit our needs. The room was exceptionally clean and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed. The location was excellent. We were able to walk to everything, there was no need to rent a car. Also, the staff were very accommodating. Would highly recommend
