"A fantastic guesthouse & hosts. Located in a quiet area but still close enough to walk to the beach. Spacious rooms & comfy beds as well as supplying a continental breakfast each day. The hosts were very friendly & always willing to help. Upon arrival, Russell even took the time out to drive us around the nearby area to show us where local amenities were. Would definitely stay again should we return to the area."

"The mansion is very unique with plenty of historical architecture and decor. The current owner continues to invest in the property to ensure that it’s well maintained and he’s made some obvious improvements. (HVAC, electrical, etc)We met briefly and he very accommodating and respectful. The beds are all very comfortable and the place is clean! "

"Property was clean, well maintained and convenient to every place we needed to go in the area. Backyard area was very private with a nice hot tub and pool. I would recommend staying here."

"This place is great! Sandy was great at communicating with us. The place was clean, had a lot of items included such as coffee, bottled water, toothpaste, and other items that made the stay that much better. The pool and hot tub was awesome. Easy to get downtown and to the beach. Highly recommend! "

"My family and I visited Miami for the 2025 college football playoff game at the Orange Bowl. I selected this house because of the close location to Hollywood Beach and short travel to Hard Rock Stadium. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was heated and welcoming for our January visit. Check in was a bit late at 4pm but we were able to work around it. Communication with ownership was smooth. I would definitely stay again!"

"The location was close to stores and restaurants. The layout of the house was great for two couples. We had some issues with the tv and the pool upon arrival. Lisa did get it fixed but it took a few days. The saltwater pool was amazing and was at a perfect temperature. All in all we had a great week and would go back again."
