"Our room was clean and upgraded since we are expedia VIP. Music from bar downstairs but stops at around midnight but that seems to be a sunday thru Wednesday after that is til 2am for the weekend. It worked for us. Its perfectly located a block from the beach lots of restaurants to choose from on ocean drive as well as collins and washington avenue. A cvs is located up the block for any toiletries you made need. The bar is a pricey but not far to get your own drinks and mix it up. Roof top pool lounge area is small and cold for this time of year a heated pool would be good. But overall we would stay here again. "

"Nice property!! Great location!! The parking price is the same but if you self park you have to park in the far out lot. It should be first come. They had plenty of parking in the front lot. Great pool and beach area!!"
