"They didn't understand that I wanted them to do something about the toilet not filling back up. We were manually filling the water back up b pressimg a lever. Another thing is that they asked for me to get my card charged without giving me a total. What happened was I left some clothes in the closet and they said there was an option to get that back but didn't actually find the clothes in the closet. "The unit we stayed in is the least desirable of all 20 units. Grounds, pool, general maintenance is terrific and a great value for what you get. Our unit hasn’t been remodeled in forever. It had dust hanging from the popcorn ceilings and dirt built up on the edges of the flooring. Would definitely stay here again, just not in this particular unit. "Giant condominium complex building in the way. Other than that it was lovely."

"Minor concerns: Lights in kitchen were mostly burned out. Only one lamp in living room worked but the other lamp seemed to have knob broken off so we could not use it and one lamp in the bedroom had a bulb that looked like a strobe light so it was not useable. Bathroom sink had very low water pressure. No other concerns so without these minor issues I would give it 5 stars for a property in this price range."

"We went to the Taylor Swift concert in Miami and when looking for accommodations close by I found this gem. Beautiful place and super clean. There were a lot of restaurants and shopping close by. Even the drive to the Hard Rock stadium wasn’t too far. Owners are very responsive. Highly recommend.A+"

"We booked unit 1. The first night out air conditioner kept turning off. We notified Steve, at 10:30 pm he came to check out the issue. Due to the recent hurricane a few days prior, there had been a few issues with the AC and elevator. The AC started working. He brought us a fan and offered us to stay in the unit next door for the night. We stuck it out. We let him know the next morning, the AC had stopped again. "This property is better than advertised! It has everything you can possibly need to cook and entertain. Having in-suite laundry is so helpful. Condo pool and grounds well maintained and fun to use. Property Manager answered our 2 inquiries right away and this helped make our stay terrific! Already booked for next winter!"
