"Location is great, private beach entrance is great. Unfortunately the rental only has one key fob to access the private beach which created some scheduling issues all week. The main seating area has a love seat and one chair, which would be fine but we had nine people. The outdoor furniture, besides the table and chairs, should be trashed. There's a nice grill outside for grilling out"

"This home was fabulous. It was clean and had had modern updates. It was about a 7 minute walk to the beach and because this was a residential area the beach was not crowded. The pool was just the right size to sit around to relax and cool off. Plenty of local restaurants in the area and we were able to stock up thanks to a Publics in walking distance. If you are looking for a party area this is not it. But if you are looking to relax in a quiet area this is the perfect spot."

"Perfect weekend get away for my friends and I. Swimming pool and shuffleboard table were great additions to the house. Perfectly located to coffee shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. Would definitely stay here again if i am ever in the Fort Lauderdale area. "

The host reached out to me directly after he under our situation to see if our family needed to arrive/check-in earlier than what we had scheduled. The check-in process was seamless. The property was well maintained, clean, and had everything our family needed. It is in a great location with plenty of restaurants, shops, and the beach within walking distance. Great space, great location, and I would definitely stay here again. "

"This stay has such a clean and cozy “home” feeling. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and well kept. We did have an air conditioning issue but it was resolved quickly. We will definitely come back and stay again in the future! "
