"The property was clean the room was big and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and they even had several gluten free options! The only negative was the hot tub didn't get very hot and the jets didn't work well but i appreciated that we were still able to use it even in the rain. "

"Beautiful room. Had to have the concierge come turn the fire place on. Snow plow drove around outside till midnight, beeping and beeping. Easy parking. No hot tub even though Expedia advertised it. It’s been broken for 2 years "

"Great interior with the recently remodeled rooms. Remodeling is ongoing so the hallways are a bit “under construction” but no walkways were hindered, just a bit rough looking carpet during the process. However I really want to emphasize the quiet, clean and top quality appliances within the room!"
