"The hotel was great, clean, quiet room, good breakfast, nice soaps and amenities in room. The only thing was the shower was slippery so we through a towel down and the light in the shower room would turn off if you showered with the door closed because the sensor was in the vanity area. Otherwise we highly recommend and enjoyed our stay."

"The only thing I notice is that each time I have reserved the late check out and am away from the room I have to always call and try to get a new key to get back in the room. It is very frustrating, when we are working out or at the spa and cannot get back in the room. "

"Room are big, balcony is big but not used. Bathroom - no hooks/ hanger for clothing. No rack for phone. Refrigerator in our room, but no microwave. _____________ Parking fee ($7?) was waived, but why charging the fee when there is plenty of parking next lot? Easy shopping/ mall next- a big plus. "

"Great hotel even though a bit dated, very clean room with comfy bedding and thick bath towels. The only thing disappointing was the hotel shuttle was not in service and ended up paying for a taxi from OAK airport. The front desk staff was very professional and accommodating. "
