"Manager behavior was unacceptable ~ Brainstorming on customer service should be reviewed. Transition from Brandon center Hotel to • Spark by Hilton • ~ mislead customer while booking . Extra fees related to this issue. Room was sanitized 5 stars. Convivial breakfast (Basic) Staffing was polite and pleasant. Exterior dining walking distance Excellent. Elevator safety certificate expired since 6 months. Pets friendly ~ Area well maintained. Again customer service can be improved. Kindly, Julie D. "
