The property was nice, but very outdated and kind of rundown. They have undisclosed charges in addition to the daily rate such as resort fees at $28.00 per day, mandatory valet parking at a $30 per night fee, and taxes for the additional fees.

The rooms are very dated and needs remodeling. The staff on the other hand are very attentive and pleasant. The front desk was cooperative and understanding to allow us to cancel our reservation. The hotel is going through a makeover now. I might be willing to reconsider once its completed.

Deceptive pricing. Though fine print has a $30 resort fee, it's not transparent. Worse, valet parking clearly noted as OPTIONAL but it is mandatory. Trips to/from room require a walk or a rarely present golf cart ride. Rooms smell of mold and mildew. Appliances, general decor extremely dated. Avoid avoid avoid.

Checkin was a process, first you are forced to do daily valet and then use bellman golf cart services to get to and from your room if your room is in the further buildings or walk. Then when we checked into our first room we were unable To get in. The bellman went back to hotel to get it fixed while we waited by our door. That didn’t work so security came. Once the door was opened we found the room to not have been cleaned. Open bottle water on coffee table, sofa cushions messed up, remote on floor and a terrible smell throughout as well and then a huge dead roach on kitchen floor, we were so grossed out. Went back to front desk and all they can offer is drink voucher which didn’t even cover most drinks. What a joke. They eventually offered to show us 4 other units to choose one. Out of the 4 only 1 did not smell bad and was fairly clean. We took it despite my reservation, as it was late and we had family waiting for us and we made it late to dinner birthday party. I had other family member staying on the resort and they had the same issue and even worse. The resort is apparently going thru renovations. Many of the rooms are outdated. We played golf and that was ok except for the confusing signs and lack of guidance on the course. Neither of the course had staff onsite. You had to go to bag check or pro shop for any assistance. Never saw a drink cart either. Luckily we brung our own waters. Definitely needs improvement.

This property was run down. None of the appliances worked. Electrical problems in the room. Room had insect problems like roaches. Staff was extremely rude and condescending. There was a bit of racism going on as well.

Review: Disappointing and Overpriced I recently stayed at this resort, and unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. The property feels stuck in the 80’s, with outdated decor and no apparent effort to modernize. The old carpet throughout the resort was visibly dirty, adding to the overall sense of neglect. The atmosphere was dark and gloomy, making it hard to feel relaxed or comfortable. On top of that, the staff was surprisingly unfriendly, offering little assistance or hospitality, which only added to the inconvenience of staying here. Considering the condition of the resort and the lack of service, the stay was expensive and not worth the cost. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and pleasant getaway.

It may have been nice at 1 time- the rooms were shabby in disrepair. The entrance door had 1.5 gap at bottom. the walls and ceilings had damage. We could not get the shower to turn on -When we called the desk we were told " you have to really hard- don't worry you will not break it" We only stayed 1 night as a layover so cannot speak to any other ammenities
