We could no get checked in at 4:00 due to Hilton system was down and finally got checked in at 6:00. The next morning the room key would not work and they to get 3 different people to get my room open.

The studio room is really spacious with everything one needs. Unfortunately, systems were down so there was a lengthy wait to check in. No staff at the desk when we first came in to register either. The staff did finally find a way to get guest to their rooms.

Fast and easy check in. Our room was even ready early-I had sent an email to ask if possible but was not guaranteed so was a nice surprise. Stayed for one night before a cruise. Great pool area to squeeze in some sunshine and a nice bbq area. Publix near by and walkable to the cruise terminal. Would stay again!
