"We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The location near the reservoir and easy access to Berkeley and San Fran was perfect for us. The listing is accurate and we were very comfortable with everything needed for our stay. We would definitely stay again!"

"Alex was a great host. He was proactive when he noticed the temp dropping in the house and wanted to get it taken care of ASAP. We liked the temp at 67 so we weren’t concerned but Alex reached out to me directly to make sure we were okay. Beautiful little space. Perfect for my husband and I. It was adorable, clean, had plenty of coffee and options for coffee. The neighbor helps with the trash and was also super friendly. I would absolutely recommend this VRBO, and truly, any VRBO that Alex has....

"The owner was quick to respond and checked on us when the power went out. The alarm system was a bit of an annoyance. It chirped our whole stay, even after we replaced the battery in the smoke detector. To be fair we did not contact the owner with this complaint. We were so busy with funeral services that we just did not have the energy. Also the dishwasher is in need of some attention "

"This is about the nearest thing to a perfect VRBO as we've seen. Instant access to BART and SF. Mindblowing array of restaurants on College Ave. Smart house with modern fixtures / heat / lighting with sensible furnishings. Very accommodating host. Great communication."

"Well, there are a few things to mention straight off: no washer or dryer onsite (somehow I missed this on the listing, but assumed a home in the suburbs would have it); the tv remote didn’t work - we downloaded the Roku app and that worked, but it should be replaced; the deadbolt on the front door is glitchy; we had some ants in the kitchen; and there are not any full length mirrors. "This property is spacious, clean, and comfortable! Plenty or supplies if you want to dine at home. Also excellent proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and freeways. "This is a very nice large sunny clean house with tons of space, tons of sunlight, beautiful location and view. It had a fish pond, a chicken coop and a large redwood tree on property. Absolutely beautiful. The one challenge is a 200-300 hike uphill to the house. There is no Parking near the house and if you have anyone with difficulty walking uphill, don't stay there."

It was great having the kitchen in the center so that I could place food on the counters for people to serve themselves.
