"Nice hotel, newer, good location. Beds were comfortable breakfast was a little bit more than the normal. It had some protein options, which is always nice. Perfect for a one night stay for a tournament we would stay again."

"We have a family of 3 and our dog. The hotel is very well prepared with a place for dogs to go outside and easy clean up. Our dog was welcomed by staff and it was a treat to be greeted by friendly staff members every time we entered the lobby! We had a wonderful stay! "

"The service was excellent! From check in to the restaurant. The staff was especially friendly. The facilities itself were a bit outdated, but since its bought out by a big hotel chain I suspect that it will undergo major rennovations. Great bones of a hotel, the atrium has a nice earthy feel. The pool area was a bit dark, not a ton of lighting at night, almost kinda creepy. But I loved the indoor trees and plants surrounding the indoor pool area. Really big hotel, not a lot of vacancies. Which wasn't too bad."

"Room was spacious and updated with new carpet and furniture. The room felt very clean. Terrific shower with strong water pressure and Dove soaps. Bus number 51B took us from the hotel to Berkeley city center and campus, we did not need to move our car at all. IHP standard breakfast are mediocre. "
