"This is very kid-friendly as it offers many activities for kids to enjoy, not to mention the indoor water park area, candy shop, and arcade. The staff is very warm and courteous. The room was clean and modern. Highly recommend this property!"

"The balcony light was burnt out and the toilet rocked. Breakfast and the pool being across the creek with no way to even walk there was a little inconvenient especially with very little parking, but all that aside, it was a very comfortable stay. I love that it was right on the creek and close to everything"

"I went with my partner in mid-January, the hotel is accessible to everything, 10 minutes from Gatlinburg. The rooms were clean, they smelled good, the included breakfast was good, hot and cold options, fruits, good coffee, fresh every day and the area clean. The front desk staff was friendly, the breakfast staff were super good and attentive to everything. The only detail is the noise between rooms and the upper floor, but since it came out early to visit town it isn’t bothered us. The hot water does not last long if there are many people in the rooms, for its cost we found it super good and my priority was cleanliness, so we can return."
