"Our stay is always great here but I Prefer the rooms around the pool it’s easier for my husband and I but they were working in that area. The mattresses were good but the bed frame terrible it was made out of metal and made popping noises every time you moved. This is new, never had that before."

"I loved how the room had the biggest bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. I never had to use my travel size. Extremely convenient. The water pressure in the shower was amazing as well. The rooms were always cleaned and made. I loved their hospitality. "

"Mountain Inn & Suites is a nice little hotel in Erwin TN. The same Erwin TN that just got wiped out from hurricane Helene flooding. Hotels.com refuse to give me a refund even though they have received photos of the entire hotel in shambles with nothing but piles of debris all around it. They are not and were not open. I could not call the hotel and reschedule. But Hotels.com says they cannot refund me even though the hotel was closed and halfway underwater. Hotels.com is a complete scam. I would...
