"We’ve stayed at many different places in Gatlinburg over the years and this is right in the middle regarding quality/cleanliness/overall experience. It’s not the newest or the cleanest, but it’s a lot better than most hotels in this price range in Gatlinburg. "

"I had a very quiet non-smoking corner room with two queen beds. There is a small balcony on the quiet back side of the main building with afternoon sun, looking to the gondola and mountains. The bathroom is roomy, plenty of hot water, towels. Beds were clean and comfortable, each with three pillows. Microwave and refrigerator. TV with remote and more channels than one needs. HVAC worked like it should and was quiet. Parking is outdoors or in a ground floor garage if there's a spot available....

"Of all the times we have been to Gatlinburg this was by far the best place we have ever stayed. Food was excellent, staff was phenomenal, clean, convenient to shopping, trolley to town. Just a awesome experience!"

"Mountain Inn & Suites is a nice little hotel in Erwin TN. The same Erwin TN that just got wiped out from hurricane Helene flooding. Hotels.com refuse to give me a refund even though they have received photos of the entire hotel in shambles with nothing but piles of debris all around it. They are not and were not open. I could not call the hotel and reschedule. But Hotels.com says they cannot refund me even though the hotel was closed and halfway underwater. Hotels.com is a complete scam. I would...
