"We had a great stay! When we first arrived, there was a large tarp blowing in the wind near our patio, but it was removed the next day, which we appreciated. Overall, the hotel was clean, safe, and comfortable. As a single mom traveling with two boys, I felt secure the entire time. We walked everywhere or took the trolley, which was super convenient. The hot breakfast was decent and a nice way to start the day. No complaints here—we had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay again!"

"I had a very quiet non-smoking corner room with two queen beds. There is a small balcony on the quiet back side of the main building with afternoon sun, looking to the gondola and mountains. The bathroom is roomy, plenty of hot water, towels. Beds were clean and comfortable, each with three pillows. Microwave and refrigerator. TV with remote and more channels than one needs. HVAC worked like it should and was quiet. Parking is outdoors or in a ground floor garage if there's a spot available....

"We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The pool was great and it’s nice that it stays open late. Despite the openness of the hotel it was very quiet in the room. The only issues during our stay were that the fridge in our room was dirty inside and our carpet and bathroom floors weren’t thoroughly vacuumed and/or swept and mopped."

"Mountain Inn & Suites is a nice little hotel in Erwin TN. The same Erwin TN that just got wiped out from hurricane Helene flooding. Hotels.com refuse to give me a refund even though they have received photos of the entire hotel in shambles with nothing but piles of debris all around it. They are not and were not open. I could not call the hotel and reschedule. But Hotels.com says they cannot refund me even though the hotel was closed and halfway underwater. Hotels.com is a complete scam. I would...
