Upon rival the two representatives were amazing she was so very thorough on the hotel it’s self and can I just say Justin in the restaurant and our breakfast Server him and her was soooo amazing A these two went above and beyond each day we were there when we came down! I LOVED AND ENJOYED MY STAY SO DID OUR CHILDREN!!! It was so nice clean and quiet! Beautiful hotel also

We really enjoyed staying here! We had breakfast there one morning and it was pretty good! Simple buffet! We got coffee every morning tho!!! Yum! We absolutely loved the location. It was very convenient. We went to Dollywood and it wasn’t far and then when we wanted to go out to eat it wasn’t far either. Perfect place in my opinion.

Very nice pace staff was amazing bed was very comfortable we got a king room we felt the room was very small for price you pay but was very clean other than huge amount of dust behind dresser and top of headboard they have a nice sitting area down stairs but couldn’t enjoy it because everyone in the bar was so loud and they had the door open to it
