"The rooms are nice and everything was clean and worked well. Staff is helpful and welcoming. The tent room where the twin beds are doesn’t get great air circulation so I’d advise adjusting your thermostat down when you get there and leaving the tent door open. Other than that we all had a very comfortable stay, with 5 kids ages 5-14 everyone had a great time. We will be back! "

"Overall stay was good. Kept us plenty fresh towels without asking. Room could use some work. Floor was coming apart in a lot of places and could use a good spring cleaning. "

"This is our 3rd stay and it was perfect. Close to many attractions but also quiet. Will definitely be back. "

"Hotel location was great, right across from Mel’s diner (a family favorite) with in walking distance to The Island. The hotel itself was quite and clean, some things need a little updating but it was nothing major. The check in and out process was super easy. The only downfall was the breakfast was not the best. All the days we was there the juice machine had watered down juice. All the breads ex: biscuits, danishes, English muffins were stale tasting and hard. Over all a good place to stay."

"We visit Pigeon Forge every year. This was our second stay here. It's very affordable, the rooms are clean, the people are nice. It's located on Parkway, so it's close to all of our favorite attractions. The hot breakfast is nice. We have traveled and gotten stuck in some shady places, so it's nice knowing this is a good affordable place for us when we visit Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. I have told all my friends and family about it, I would recommend it to anyone."
