"If I could rate this hotel a -10 I would. We got in late and when checking in the woman working the front desk had ZERO customer service, was not friendly, never once even made eye contact or said "hello". That would have been the first clue this was going to be a bad place to stay. Because we got in so late we went straight to bed, when we woke up we actually looked around the room and discovered the ceiling COVERED in black mold, no cover on the bathroom fan and probably an inch of dust inside...
