"There was a $100 deposit, but they automatically deducted $5.00 for desk services. SURPRISE!!! Both the deposit and subsequent deduction was a complete surprise, neither of which I appreciated. Also, we stayed 3 nights, but our room was not cleaned on oue first full day. That again was a surprise. I will not stay there again!"

"With the theme park closed we got a great rate on the room so we figured why not. Enjoyed all the memorabilia of Dolly’s that were displayed. He dinner at the Song & Hearth which was good but we were seated in the back all by ourselves which given the hotel was not filled was a bit disappointing. "
