"The elevators went out of service, in which we had to take the stairs. Some of your customers stated to me the elevator go out perhaps regularly."

"Loved the free chips and wine for happy hour. Noise level in the room was a little bit annoying. The bathroom was SO small that the door comes within an inch of the toilet. Very cramped. The hair dryer would not work and actually started smoking and nearly caught fire. So I went to the hotel desk and they gave me another one. It would not work at all. 😢. However, the free shuttle to the airport was great, right on time and fast, friendly service. "
