"I have stayed at this hotel prior (in 2019, twice). I selected the hotel for this trip because I love the location, style, ease of parking and connected restaurants. It might have just been the room I had this time but it was worn and in need of some refreshing. Table tops (wood) were worn and the chair (leather?) was also worn. The bathroom door was bowed and did not shut tight. The people who work there are lovely and the place is unique, but rooms need to be attended to if they all look...

"The property is not particularly appealing, a bit grey and outdated. The neighborhood is not great either. That said, the place was clean, and we spent a comfortable night in a quiet room with a huge TV on the wall. Breakfast was fine. Pleasant bartender. Prompt valet service for our car. A bit of a wait to check out as the front desk was understaffed. No real complaints. OK for the price."

"This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel and it might always be my go to when I visit Philly! 2nd time was even better than the first! The staff is so friendly and helpful and the property is immaculately clean. Highly recommend! "

"The property had no idea I was Expedia gold. I had to tell them I was supposed to receive an upgrade etc. This didn’t show on their system so be sure to save this info to prove to them your benefits. They said it just shows Expedia but no status. "

"We were there for the NFC championship game and although Albert, the bartender was working as hard as he can, the bar restaurant area was very under staff for the amount of people that were in the hotel that night. Would’ve thought it would’ve been better staff, knowing what possibly would happen at the end of the game"

"The front desk personnel were great. Very helpful. Unfortunately i left my Iphone and some cologne left in my room was not recovered requiring me to file a lost or stolen claim with my insurance which cost $250 for the deductible. "

"When I arrived my key wasn’t working to get into the room and I had to go back to the front desk 3 times. For the inconvenience they supplied access to their pantry for the night which was very nice and accommodating. The staff was very helpful, my room was very clean and warm. I would definitely recommend the Delta Hotel to anyone staying in the Philly area. "
