"We stayed here 4 days, had a lovely junior suite, very large room and bath with private outdoor space surrounded by plants so felt very private. We enjoyed doing things in the Fortuna area and spending 1-2 hours in the hot springs pools each day. Night was very pretty with the colored lights on the pools and less people than during the day. Staff very helpful, including one who would give us rides in the golf cart back to our suite which was at the far wnd of property. Only issue were the dining options. We liked the included breakfast buffet very much, but thought the bar food and the two restaurants were only so-so. "

"Wonderful place, up close to volcano, beautiful grounds, flowers and birds everywhere. Pictures don't do it justice. Staff all extremely helpful, we had a flat tire the last day of our trip and had a flight to catch - one staff member took us to an air pump on site, but then we discovered the nail in the tire, so another staff member helped us put on the spare and we managed to make our flight! So very grateful! Food delicious at the restaurant as well. Hope to come back here some day."
