"Great place to stay if you arrive late or are heading to airport early, as it’s only 5min drive. The owner can arrange transport to airport for 15$. The house was very clean and exactly as described, would defiantly stay again."

"We loved this little spot! It was a great place to land after our flight. Very close to downtown Alajuela, which meant that we could walk out our door in the morning and find a nice cafe and good food at the Central Market. Our only challenge was that the traffic was quite loud overnight; my partner had a hard time sleeping, even with the provided earplugs. I recommend this location for sure for heavy sleepers."

"We had issue getting into the place at first but it was solved pretty quickly. There's a guard 24/7 at the gate. It is within walking distance of the mall and restaurants. The kids have individual room and they have their own bathroom. We rented a but we also did a lot of walking around the area when we just wanted to grab something to eat or go to the mall. "

"Book Studio One now!!! What a cool place. The studio itself is very cool but the view is SPECTACULAR! Best view we saw in three full days in the area. El Castillo is a small town away from the bustle of La Fortuna with everything you need within walking distance. Kelly and Alejandra are great people and their La Ventanita Cafe is awesome. Best burger and beer I’ve had in CR. Stay here without regrets!!"

"Rooms were quiet until we were awakened by the wonderful sounds of birdsong. Professional massage parlor located directly across the street, and mini-market one block away, as well as bicycle rental. Gated entrance added to our feeling of security. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"This was a perfect place for us. It is clean, easily accessible with flexible check in. The kitchen is well equipt. Our only issue was the laundary use. The time you are allowed to use it is 4pm to 8pm, which was when we were out. That said, they were flexible with us and let us use it for an extra hour. "

"Nice property, secure. It has a power gate that opens to let you in and out of the property so on arrival there's a bit of a kerfuffle. Let the owner know when you are arriving I guess. Nice, clean, modern space. Owners/Security were very good. On the downside you are driving everywhere, nothing close. I run, but the street is busy with no sidewalks so not good for that. We picked the place because it had a washer and dryer. The washer was a small apartment wash/spin thing that was hard...
