"This is a very nice apartment located in a very quiet residential neighborhood. The location is very close to the business center/social district of Alhambra, within walking distance. The apartment is clean, the kitchen was adequate, the bed was very comfortable. The only issue of concern with this location is that the parking provided is very tight. The dining room chairs are worn and filthy. The “desk” chair has a huge rip in it. The shower door is broken. The bathroom sink faucet handle cover is missing and the sink also fills with water and drains so slowly. There are spiders everywhere, the lamps, in the corners, on the ceiling.
