"This is an oasis of calm just minutes away from the crazy world of Patong beach. The property is situated in a leafy well manicured garden nestled in a hill overlooking Patong on one side and the sea on the other side. The staff are brilliant and highly attentive. We stayed here for 2 glorious weeks during the low season and came home truly rested and tanned. Thank you to all the Novotel staff!"

"This property was very nice with excellent service. Check in was a little slow, and they did not have our room ready. They had us wait for a little bit but not long. We asked for an upgrade for inconvenience and they upgraded to room with balcony. Room was clean and serviced daily. The shower would clog initially for the 1st several minutes and automatically unclog. Water was hot usually in the morning and some evenings it was warm, nothing to complain about. The staff was always friendly and...

"When arrived late at night to check in, I got informed the hotel as FULL and had to move me to another hotel nearby of lower standards (and rates) without explanations or compensation. Got moved back to the original hotel next day but had to change plans to check out early and be without a room until the afternoon. Towels were not changed for days."
