"Location is #1 thing here. This hotel is at walking distance from Bangla street which is one of the main attractions in Phuket. Restaurants, clubs, money exchange, massage parlors all are nearby. "My wife stayed at this Hotel in March 2025. Check-in was friendly but we did not receive a welcome drink or gift that we were meant to get. Also, we had to wait an hour in our room for the electrician to fix the lights and air-conditioning. Staff were okay but not to interactive. Breakfast was boring with no atmosphere and staff didn't seem to want to be there. Location is great and the room was nice and clean as well as big. Will stay here again if the price is right. "

"Great place as always. Reception staff friendly, helpful and very patient, lots of fun and they make the place a 5* from me. I'd injured my back and arrived a day early. No problem.
