"Amazing location and facilities. It was walking distance to many food places and shopping. Room was relatively clean and truth to the beach view. Certain staff paid attention to other guest differently, especially those over the check in desk, and it’s not professional. Ultimately, I will be back again. "

"If you stay in a villa they offer complimentary shuttle service to and from lobby, food was great and located only 10 min from main patong beach so you can enjoy the nightlife but then go back to peace and quiet. Highly recommend. Staff is amazing"

"I love the club suites at Amari. We are returning guests and have never stayed in the two bedroom balcony suite and this time we did. I have no regrets staying here with my family as it was just excellent. Comfortable beds and apartment with amazing breakfast (the best we have had in Phuket) at club Pakarang. The staff at the club are fantastic and we also received very good service at the rest of the hotel. I would return here again and recommend this hotel for families or couples as it is quiet yet within walking or tuk tuk distance to the busy areas of patong. The kids club is also great. "
