"I am 73 and when making reservation I have requested a 1st floor room in Oakdale, Ca and Paso Robles, Ca but I have never been given one. I ask again when checking in and still not given one. Thankful BW has had elevators. What do I need to do to get a ground floor room?"

"This hotel has all the comforts of home needed for a comfortable stay. Warm good size room, big TV, Keurig coffee maker, microwave and fridge. The location is close to a lot of restaurants. Pool and Jacuzzi. They have christmas lights on all over the property that radiate a 'warm & cozy' feel. Not luxurious, but definitely good value!"
