This place offers the perfect slice of Paso. Walkable to downtown but quiet, great staff and first class amenities and room remodels. Great heating (in winter it matters) and romantic fire pits with Adirondack chairs. Charming, personal, boutique and romantic. And the location is PERFECT, with easy access to town square and Peachy Canyon access to the vineyards. Bravo! - JR

Nice spot centrally located in Paso Robles. Rooms are spacious and updated. Felt very private and plenty of parking. Loved the stables theme and farmhouse feel of the property. Outdoor fire pits were nice. If they offered s’mores kits, would have been perfect!

Clean. Walls are quite thin and I could hear the cleaning staff next door sweeping. It would have been nice to have had a luggage stand. The casual breakfast of coffee, yogurt, coffee cake, and oatmeal was convenient. Within walking distance of downtown. Blinds did not completely cover the window so someone peeking could see inside the rooom. Was able to park our full size long bed truck which was nice.

The Stables is a beautiful property and very welcoming, clean and comfortable. I only had two issues - incredibly loud A/C unit in the room which did not allow for a good nights sleep and coffee only served in the ‘Tack Room’. If you’re awake early because of the noise of the A/C, you want coffee earlier than made centrally available.
