"Just perfect! The hotel is stunning with its natural, scandinavian-style look and feel. Peaceful despite being so close to all of the Buzios buzz. The decor is well-thought. Every single staff member is friendly and helpful. They really do care about making your stay comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. The hotel was very accomodating. Every little detail and attention from the welcome drink to the evening macaroons and goodbye gift was a lovely touch. Nothing to say on the cleanliness....

Falta mantenimiento a la habitaciones techo manchado con humedad había mal olor en algunos sectores de habitación muchos insectos y bichos lo que hacía poco agradable dormir. Habitación dice para 4 adultos pero 4ta cama es un diván y no tenía tapa adecuada, falta más preocupación por detalles. "
