"The staff are wonderful, the continental breakfast is amazing and far, far better than anything we deem “continental breakfast” in the United States. The staff let us borrow beach towels to take to the beach, and when we told them we had to leave at 5am for the airport, they packed us a lunch to take on the road with us with sandwiches, fresh fruit, homemade granola bars, and drinks. This hotel far exceeded our expectations and would love to return someday. They truly know what “hospitality” is....

"Excelente Desde las recepción, la barra, el desayuno. Destacada atención del personal. Hermosa vista, impecable ambientación. Tiene una bajada directa a la orla bardot muy cómoda para ir a las playas o al centro que queda a pocos minutos. Se disfruta de las 2 piscinas y terrazas con vista increíble, aunque quedan justas con un poco de gente. "

"Great location short walking distance to restaurants & shops. Incredible view from pool area (and from some rooms). Comfortable bed. Safe in one of our rooms was inoperable. Shower heads spray more water to the sides than down. Breakfast was good (but not as diverse or plentiful as other places we stayed furing this trip) Would gladly stay stay here again (but ideally with better shower heads). "

"The pousada is nice but not as you see in the pictures. Our room was at the top and there is a long way up, with low light at night The breakfast was ok, nothing special. It’s one block and a half to the beach, they change the pool towels only every 2 days. The curtains doesn’t cover completely so you get light early. The bed mattress for the small bed had a bump very uncomfortable, and the bed sheets low quality. Front desk people were kind and helpful"

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel de Santa in Búzios! The rooms were amazing, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The hotel offers easy access to the beach, making it perfect for relaxing seaside days. The service was excellent—everyone was attentive and polite, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Búzios, thanks to its prime location by the beach and proximity to the central area. A perfect choice for a memorable romantic getaway!"

"A hospedagem, no geral, foi muito boa. A funcionária Ciana sempre muito agradável e prestativa. Local limpo e piscina ótima. O café da manhã está disponível a partir das 8:30h, na minha opinião, o café da manhã sai muito tarde para uma cidade turística, onde se tem várias opções de passeios que saem cedo. A minha única insatisfação foi justamente nessa parte, em que eles até fazem café mais cedo quando solicitado, mas não parecem muito satisfeitos em fazer isso. Não tive uma boa experiência...

"Os funcionários, todos ótimos!! Desde recepção, cozinha, bar, praia. Muito atenciosos!!! As comodidades não correspondem ao valor da diária. Tudo muito antigo e precisando de reparos, alguns urgentes. Praia ótima, mas como é inclinada, fica difícil fazer caminhadas. O café da manhã e o cafezinho da tarde estavam ótimos."
