I stayed here for two nights the room and the bathrooms were very clean. The breakfast was really good. The tv in the room had only two channels and wasn't smart. But in general a really good opcion.

A pousada e bonita, os colaboradores são simpáticos, o café da manhã estava bom, porém poucas opções, flat amplo e limpo, ar condicionado gelando bem, flat silencioso. O que não dá para entender, é cobrar pelo estacionamento sendo que fica dentro da pousada, ja que cobram, deveria no mínimo ter vaga coberta para proteger o veículo.

Gosto muito dessa pousada pelo custo e benefício. Da para ir andando até a rua das pedras, uns 15 minutos andando. Os recepcionistas Luana e Thiago são fabulosos. O que deixa a desejar é que não é a primeira vez que nos hospedamos lá, e por duas vezes tivemos problemas com os vasos sanitários entupidos nos quartos que ficam acima da administração. Da última vez ficamos com um balde para jogarmos água no vaso. Da primeira vez gentilmente nos trocaram de quarto 3 vezes, e todos entupidos... na semana passada (final de maio/24), mesmo problema. A governanta Lia nos disse que como sabemos que o problema existe, quando reservarmos novamente um quarto, não devemos pegar um Standard... ora, ora... constrangedor ouvir isso. Nós trocaram para um dos quartos externos e funcionou bem. O problema é na rede hidráulica, nos disseram isso, que precisaria de uma grande obra... mas vejam que se o local vende quartos Standard ou não, devem ter capacidade de receber seus clientes e não dar a solução para adquirimos quartos mais caros para não passarmos por isso novamente. Gosto dos atendentes, mas a pousada deve investir pelo menos nas condições básicas.

Pousada grande com potencial para ser muito boa, porém necessita de reformas e modernidade. Piscina boa e funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. Não gostei do fato de ter que pagar 20,00 a diária para estacionar l carro dentro da pousada uma vez que havia pago a diária, achei abuso ter que pagar para usar toalha na piscina, nunca vi pousada/hotel nenhum cobrar por isso.

Pousada muito bonita, quarto bem amplo com hidromassagem porém deixou a desejar no café da manhã e a qualidade da água que é de poço, muito salgada, os canais de tv era só quatro, porém pegava só um e de péssima qualidade,e na senha do wi-fi que não funciona no quarto(poupeagua) porém era muito desperdício pra água do chuveiro pra esquentar, cerca de 5 minutos)

Muito boa!
Pousada magnífica, bem localizado ( muito próximo da rua das pedras, praia da tartaruga e da ferradura. Café da manhã bem diversificado e bem servido. A piscina é maravilhosa e enorme. As meninas da limpeza deixam o quarto extremamente limpo. A única coisa de ruim é o chuveiro, que espalha água por todo banheiro. Mas tirando isso foi uma experiência maravilhosa.

Na chegada fomos recepcionados e ao comentar do VIP do hotéis.com para um possível upgrade fui contestada porém logo depois conseguimos um quarto muito melhor, amplo e super limpo. A limpeza do hotel e o atendimento de alguns funcionários (checkin e atendimento na piscina) foram incríveis. Algumas coisas que eu não gostei Pagar por uso de toalha de praia (6,00) cada vez que pega a mesma, estacionamento (20,00) e o café da manhã que estava ruim. Pães velhos e frutas e frios sem refrigeração quando a temperatura estava muito alta.

Pousada muito boa, funcionários atenciosos demais, fiquei no flap 21, de fato sempre haverão coisas para melhorar, mas é notório o carinho e o cuidado com o espaço, lugar perfeito para descansar e se deslidar do dia a dia. Café simples, mas não senti falta de nada, tudo fresco e saboroso. Extremamente bem localizada, perto de tudo. Único ponto a desejar é a cobrança de R$ 20,00 por dia no estacionamento, sinceramente não faz muito sentido, muitas pessoas optaram em parar o carro na rua assim como eu e o estacionamento ficou com vagas sobrando. Em resumo, voltarei mais vezes com certeza!
