Amazing hotel has a good location, accessible to the downtown on walking. The staff is super friendly and kind. I recommend it to anyone. Also, the brunch is made every day with good and fresh products.

Búzios is beautiful. Priscilla and the girls at breakfast and Jonathan at the bar save the place. Cleanliness is low, different than Brazilian culture in general. Hotel in not kid or senior friendly at all.

They need to get bigger baskets for the bathroom and give a little paint in some areas in the rooms that obviously need a little fix or upgrade. It's a nice hotel, great employees but a bit run down.

A pousada tem um excelente infraestrutura, porém, o que realmente faz a diferença é a equipe que trabalha lá. Todos, sem exceção, são muito atenciosos e educados. Excelente opção para ficar em Búzios.

Simplesmente 3E: EXCEPCIONAL, EXEMPLAR e EXCELENTE. Fomos super bem atendidos, o Roberto, a Priscila assim como todos os outros funcionários foram muito solicitos, superando as expectativas. Houve um problema inicial logo que chegamos, mas imediatamente foi reparado. As instalações do hotel são muito confortáveis, a cama é maravilhosa, e o café da manhã é muito bom. A suíte Royal é excelente !

un tres bon choix pour un hotel de charle
tres bel hotel niché sur les hauteurs et dans une palmeraie. La chambre est grande avec un grand balcon qui donnait sur les palmiers et la piscine. Tres proche du centre de Buzios. Le personnel est attentif. A noter qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

Skønne dage i Búzios
Super dejligt sted med skønne omgivelser. Vores værelse kunne trænge til en opgradering, men var stort og luftigt. Morgenmaden var fantastisk, hvis vi skal finde en enkelt ting der kunne gøre det endnu bedre, så ville det være god kaffe.
